Nice to begin with, doesn't last long

I really wanted to like these because they look great and are super useful. I've owned 3 and they all ended up rusting after a couple of weeks. Usually the plate is fine, but the chain rusts easily and then you have rust stain all over your bottles too.

We appreciate your feedback. We have updated the metal cord on neck tags from iron to our new rust-resisant copper. Our new copper cords are longer lasting and look just as sleek with a matte black finish. We would love to replace your neck tags, please email us, support@betterbasics.co
